This will be held via Zoom Meeting. MUST BE PRESENT to learn - this class will NOT be recorded.
Open to any pageant competitor, titleholder, pageant parent or pageant director who wants to strengthen their Self-Image by keeping a Performance Analysis Journal. Attendees can submit journal entries for review, submit questions regarding how to keep a journal, and pick Heather’s brain during the session on how to enhance your journaling techniques and habits in order to improve Self-Image and enhance your training!
Heather will explain how to use the journal to record your training, appearances, performances, and competitions. You do not have to be a current client of Heather’s to attend!
