I take a different approach to coaching. Every woman on this planet is worthy and deserving of victory- it’s about finding the right tools to release our inner champions.
In my 16 years of mental coaching, I have seen it all on nearly every level of competition. No two competitors are alike, so my approach is deeply personal, always focused on bringing out the champion that lives within each of us.
I am a mother, Friend, speaker, podcaster, Mental management mentor and interview coach based in North texas.
My goal is for My clients to compete feeling prepared, uplifted, and supported.

The art of competition embodies more than talent and skill. At the end of the day, you are your biggest competition. Whether you are competing in sports or pageantry, conquering your own mind is the first step to victory.
While I can help anyone, I tend to focus on subjective graded areas like pageantry, stage performance, gymnastics, as well as dog sports.
